When you start at Alpha 1 Personal Training, you’ll notice your fitness level improving quickly—most clients feel and see changes within the first 30 days. The key to real, lasting results is consistency and commitment, which is why we recommend starting with at least 2 personal training sessions per week, 3 classes per week, or a combination of that alongside personal workouts. This frequency allows your coach to build momentum, track progress, and safely challenge you as you get stronger.
Yes! We provide guidance on eating right, recovering properly, and how a balance of diet/exercise/recovery will maximize your results. We also offer a sauna, red light therapy, and hydrotherapy to elevate your recovery!
Nope! We help clients at all levels, from advanced to having never set foot in the gym before. Your program is customized to you and starts where you are! As you level up your program will grow with you!
Easy, we aren’t a gym – we are a training community. We are locally owned and purpose built to make an impact on the health and happiness in Apple Valley and the surrounding area. If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.
You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!
If you’re participating in our small group personal training program, class lengths will vary depending on the type of class. Cardio, Strength, and Hybrid classes are 45-55min, HIIT and Core classes are 30-40min.
All classes are led by personal trainers who will bring you through the workout together and provide modifications and progressions along the way.
Every personal training program and session is designed specifically for you. We do not provide one size fits all workouts here; the trainers customized your program specifically for your goals and your body.
That is our proprietary onboarding process; no one does it like we do! You will complete a body composition test, movement assessment, metabolic assessment, and sensitivity test before your program begins. This gives us data from the inside out about your body and that data is used to create the most customized program possible, using your body’s information!
No! Anyone can train with us and you do not need a Snap Fitness Membership to train here.
YES! Most of our programs come with complimentary 24/7 access to our 2 facilities!
